Know Your Risk – Diabetes Event

‘KNOW YOUR RISK’ – we are hosting a diabetes event which will run at two of our sites across the partnership this June. This event is for our patients to come along and learn all about their risk of diabetes.

We will be hosting the drop-in sessions at Kidderminster Medical Centre on Tuesday 13th June and Stourport Medical Centre on Wednesday 14th June between 10am – 2.30pm so come along and join us!

At our diabetes ‘know your risk event’ we will have many special guests coming along to talk to you such as Onside, Healthier you, Chronic kidney nurse, Podiatry, diabetes specialist nurse and many more offering you advice and help. We will also be baking some diabetic friendly cakes for you to try.

We are really looking forward to hosting this event for our patients, you will get the opportunity to ask questions, get advice, taste cakes, speak to several health care professionals.
